Your privacy is important to us. Directory of PIR/PHN, D2DL, PHaMs & MHR:CS staff
Authorised PIR/PHN, D2DL, PHaMs & MHR:CS organisation staff will gain access to the private area of the web portal. This area includes a staff directory where your contact details will be available to other staff. The staff directory is not available to the general public. Portal members can choose to have their details displayed in the directory either at registration, or at any time in the future by updating their user profile.

Anonymous forum posts
PIR/PHN, D2DL, PHaMs & MHR:CS staff have the option of posting anonymously in the forums. To do this, staff need to check the “post as anonymous” box under “post options” on the right-hand side of the forums screen. All posts made on the forums, including anonymous posts, are subject to the privacy policy and terms of use outlined in this document. No defamatory, hateful or illegal material may be posted on the forums, anonymously or otherwise. All such material will be immediately removed and the author contacted by the capacity building team.

We will collect information directly from you where it is reasonable and practicable to do so. However, we may sometimes collect personal information via third parties who have been contracted to provide services on our behalf. If we do this, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure those organisations collect, manage and store your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
